"I have had AAA auto insurance for the past 3 years and was contacted by Michael recently for insurance. I politely declined as I had not requested a quote and was a bit confused why they were reaching out. After reviewing the information I decided to reach out to the office. My agent, Michael, took the opportunity to review the details in the quote I was mailed to see if anything needed to be adjusted. He was very thorough and answered the few questions I did have. He even made recommendations that would be beneficial in the long run. I was expecting those additions to put me above what I was currently paying. However, my auto, renters, and life insurance with State Farm was significantly lower than what I was paying for just my auto policy alone with AAA. I got everything setup during that initial phone conversation, and I’m more than thankful to be saving extra money, especially in this economy. I would highly recommend taking the time to speak with their team even if you’re not in the market for insurance. You might end up like me and be pleasantly surprised!"

"At first I was impressed with the customer service but now I’m very disappointed. We were lied to and pulled through a bunch of hoops and told that if I submitted my insurance (which is through my husbands employer) that I would get $100 taken off my monthly bill. So, with that information I went ahead and went with State Farm because I would be saving money. They drug out that process the entire month seemingly to get the FULL payment and not the discounted rate promised. Once we FINALLY got that situated they then said “oh, we need a valid drivers license for your husband then you can get the $100 off.” He does not drive and is not an owner of my car or listed on my car in any way. They DID NOT tell me this when they were yanking me around to get the correct documents for my husband’s work insurance. Or when I played my first payment. Once they got the documentation for insurance it almost seemed like they added a new rule to simply try and get more money from us than what was discussed and agreed upon. I feel lied to and manipulated seemingly so they could get more money. If this was TRULY something they were going to need they should have made that clear when I paid IN FULL for my first months payment. I was assured we would get $100 taken off our next billing cycle with our own insurance attached. Steer clear as they are not forthcoming. We will be going back to our previous insurance company as it’s cheaper and they make it clear with what they will need for discounts without pulling the rug from under you and yanking you around. So disappointing."
